How it works

Your name is on every email, and replies go straight to your own inbox.
Our rules
We share our servers' reputation between all customers, so we're strict about it:
- Only people who agreed to hear from you. No bought, scraped or rented lists.
- Every campaign is checked by a person before it goes out. Most are approved within a few hours.
- No phishing, adult content, gambling, crypto schemes or anything illegal.
- If a campaign isn't approved, or you cancel it, every unsent email goes back to your balance.
Questions
Which address do the emails come from?
From our sending domain, with your name as the sender and your email as the reply-to address. That way authentication always passes and replies reach you.
How fast do you send?
At a steady pace that protects deliverability for everyone, usually a few hundred per hour. Big lists are spread over several hours or days.
Are failed emails charged?
Emails we couldn't send are added back to your balance when the campaign finishes.
