Spam word checker
Paste your subject line and email below. We'll point out the words and habits that make spam filters suspicious, so you can fix them before you send.
What spam filters look at
Words alone rarely get an email blocked. Filters add up many small signals: pushy sales phrases, ALL CAPS, a pile of exclamation marks, lots of links, link shorteners, and text that looks like every other mass mailing. The more signals, the higher the chance of the spam folder.
Write like a person
Short, plain sentences. Talk to one reader, not to "valued customers".
Fewer links
One or two links to your own domain. Never use bit.ly and other shorteners in cold email.
Fix the basics too
Clean text won't help if SPF, DKIM or DMARC are missing. Check them here.
